Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Red Robin® Deal-Liciousness Three of a Kind Instant Win Game (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time (ET) on Monday July 7, 2008 and ends at 11:59P.M. Eastern Time (ET) on Tuesday October 14, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”). Entry in the Promotion does not constitute entry into any other promotion, sweepstakes or contest sponsored by Red Robin International, Inc. (“Sponsor”) or its affiliates. By participating in the Promotion each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which decisions shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Do not participate in the Promotion if you are not physically located in the United States at the time you enter the Promotion. The Promotion shall be governed exclusively by the federal and state laws of the United States. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, RealTime Media, Inc. (the “Administrator”) EMPOWER MEDIAMARKETING, INC., their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (including parents, children - whether step children or adoptive children or biological children, siblings, spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. This offer is void in Puerto Rico and in all other territories and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.

3. HOW TO ENTER: LIMITS ON ENTRIES:

a. Subject to the “Tell a Friend” provisions below, you may submit only one (1) valid entry/game play per person per day. Only the first entry submitted through a unique email address per day will be accepted. To enter and play in the Promotion visit the Red Robin Promotional web site at:   www.redrobininstantwin.com.  Complete the entry form by entering your true, correct and complete information in all required fields, then click “Enter.”  You will then be presented with a web page that contains four Red Robin coasters.  Click on each coaster to reveal a Red Robin menu item.  If you uncover three (3) matching Red Robin menu items you will win a $10.00 Red Robin® gift card redeemable at any Red Robin® restaurant in the United States. If you win you will see a winner’s confirmation page where you may verify that all of the information you entered on the registration page is correct. If any information you have entered is incorrect you must send an email to redrobin@promosupport.com so that your information may be verified.
b. If you do not uncover three matching Red Robin menu items then you will be served a page stating that you are not an instant winner. If you do not win a prize on your first attempt of the day you can receive an extra game play that day by referring a friend through the “Tell a Friend” page on the promotional web site. If you enter a friend’s name and valid email address you will be provided with a link back to the game play page for a second chance to instantly win a prize.
c. On future days during the Promotion Period, entrants who have previously played the instant win game and have not won will be able to enter the game play page by entering their information on the login page.  First-time users who visit the site to play the game must fill out the full registration form before they will be taken to the game play page.
d. To claim a prize, winners must provide their full name and mailing address to Sponsor and the Administrator.
e. The Promotion Website's clock will be the official time for this Promotion.
f. Only the authorized account holder of the email address at the time of entry may submit an entry. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any potential winner, Sponsor will award the prize to the authorized account holder of the email address at the time the potential winner submits the Promotion entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.  Sponsor may disqualify the entry if the information the potential winner provides to Sponsor is not satisfactory to Sponsor.  Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled or corrupted are void and will not be accepted, except as noted in these Official Rules. Promotion Entities will use information collected from entrant only for the purpose of determining prize winners and to notify prize winners, and Promotion Entities will not re-use, sell or share such information in any manner with any third parties. Once the Promotion has ended all information supplied by entrants will be removed from the database. By entering the Promotion, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at: http://www.redrobin.com/home/privacy-policy.aspx.
g. All entries must comply with these Official Rules and each winner must provide the information required in order to claim a prize. The Administrator will review each winning entry and the information submitted by the winner. If the Administrator determines that the entry or the information submitted by the winner does not conform to these Official Rules, the Administrator will void the entry and the winner will forfeit his or her prize.

4. INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES AND OPPORTUNITITY OF WINNING:
a. There are a total of One Thousand (1,000) prizes available in the Promotion.
b. Odds of winning a prize in the Promotion: Ten times during each day of the Promotion Period the game will offer entrants an opportunity to win a prize. Only players who match three menu items on the coasters dealt to them after the time window opens will win a prize. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entrants who participate and the time of day the entrant plays the game.
c. Quantity/Description/Approximate Retail Value: One thousand (1,000) $10.00 Red Robin® Gift Cards. Total AVR of all prizes is $10,000.
d. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.

5. PRIZE AWARDING:Limit:  Each entrant may receive two (2) entries/game plays per day during the Promotion Period providing they have not already won an instant prize.  All entrants are only eligible to win one (1) prize during the promotional period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Sponsor will only award a prize after verifying the entry and the winner’s information comply with these Official Rules. Winners may not request a substitute prize, request the cash equivalent of the prize, or transfer or assign their prize. All prizes will be shipped to winners 6-8 weeks after the Promotion Period ends and the Administrator verifies the winners.

6. RIGHT OF PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited or restricted by law:
a. Each winner grants Sponsor the right to use and publish winner's full name and state of residence online in connection with the Promotion; and
b. By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor and its affiliates permission to use winner's name and likeness solely for advertising and promotional purposes as Sponsor deems appropriate without notice or further compensation.

7. DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor or the Administrator may disqualify any entrant found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion from this Promotion and from participating in any other current or future promotions or contests that the Promotion Entities sponsor. If Sponsor or the Administrator disqualifies an entrant for any reason, the entrant may not participate in the Promotion or claim a prize. An attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may violate federal or state criminal or civil law. Should any person make such an attempt, Sponsor may seek damages or other relief against such person as permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes in a random drawing from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.  If for any reason more entrants receive an “instant winner” notice than the number of prizes stated herein, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the number of prizes stated in the Official Rules via a random drawing from those entrants who received an “instant winner” notice.  In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in the Official Rules.

8. LIABILITY & RELEASE:By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any claims or causes of action arising out of participating in the Promotion or receiving or using any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to entrant or other persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt of any prize.  Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Promotion Entities’ liability will be limited to entrant’s cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Promotion Entities be liable for entrant’s attorney’s fees.  Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

9. TAX INFORMATION; LEGAL FILINGS:All applicable federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. Sponsor will furnish the appropriate state agency winner’s name and address and other pertinent information, if required by law.

10. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually without resorting to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. All decisions of Sponsor or Administrator shall be binding and final.
